Recipe:
BASIL GARLIC BUTTER VERNIS
Preparation time: 15 min Cooking time: 15 min
Ingredients:
- 8 vernis
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 50 g unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp chopped basil
- Pepper
Preparation:
- Wash the vernis several times with clear water.
- Melt the butter over very low heat in a large pan and add the finely chopped garlic clove. Continue cooking for 10 minutes over very low heat.
- Put your glazes in the pan with the butter, cover and cook over high heat until the glazes are fully open.
- Off the heat, add the chopped basil, drop a spoonful of sauce into each glaze and serve without further delay.
Notes:
Serve your glazes with slices of toasted country bread.
