  • Recipe:

    BASIL GARLIC BUTTER VERNIS

    Preparation time: 15 min Cooking time: 15 min

    Ingredients:

    • 8 vernis
    • 1 large clove of garlic
    • 50 g unsalted butter
    • 2 tbsp chopped basil
    • Pepper

    Preparation:

    • Wash the vernis several times with clear water.
    • Melt the butter over very low heat in a large pan and add the finely chopped garlic clove. Continue cooking for 10 minutes over very low heat.
    • Put your glazes in the pan with the butter, cover and cook over high heat until the glazes are fully open.
    • Off the heat, add the chopped basil, drop a spoonful of sauce into each glaze and serve without further delay.

    Notes:

    Serve your glazes with slices of toasted country bread.
