Recipe:
Tellines in cream parsley
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 800 g. tellines
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 "pink" garlic clove
- 5 branches of parsley
- 25 cl of liquid whole cream
- 20 cl of white wine
Preparation:
- Heat a saucepan over high heat.
- Pour in the frozen tellines, add two spoons of olive oil and the white wine.
- Add the garlic and the previously chopped parsley.
- Add the liquid cream and reduce.
- To be enjoyed lukewarm. Enjoy your meal !
