The red mullet is a small fish caught on our coasts and very popular in Mediterranean cuisine. It can be recognized by its pretty red color. But beware of imitations! Indeed, the name "red mullet" tends to be used to describe various red colored fish, in particular the red gurnard (often called "gurnard mullet") whereas only the red mullet should be designated by this word. Behind this beautiful fish is also a delicious flavor that is very quick to cook. Red mullet also has several nutritional advantages, in particular a significant content of unsaturated fatty acids, including omega-3.

⚠️ The price of fish will depend on its weight, and the current season. The day before the monthly arrival we will be at the SETE auction to participate in the biggest fish auction in the Mediterranean.

Our concept is simple, bringing you ultra fresh products within 24 hours at home. How do we do it? It's simple ... We leave Prague on Wednesday during the day, and arrive on Thursday morning near BEZIERS (34) Small rest and Friday morning loading of pre-ordered fresh products (meats ...), 2:00 pm we will collect them. oysters fresh out of the basins in Marseillan, to finish with the auction of SETE where the auctions take place from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (when the fishing boats return) - We will therefore leave on Friday around 6 p.m. for a guaranteed delivery to PRAGUE on Saturday between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. We thus offer THE FRESHEST WILD FISH IN PRAGUE (-24h) DELIVERED TO YOU!
