Recipe:
Pasta with clams
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 400 g. spaghetti
- 800 g. frozen clams
- 1 onion
- 20 cl of white wine
- 40 cl of whole liquid cream
- 200 g. cherry tomatoes
- Salt + pepper
Preparation:
- Heat a saucepan over high heat.
- Pour in the sliced onions, brown them with white wine, then add the frozen clams (it is not useful to defrost them).
- Add the whole liquid cream and cook for a few minutes.
- Cook the spaghetti “al dente” (add salt to the boil), drain them and pour them over the clams. Relax with a large ladle of liquid cream.
- Add the cherry tomatoes.
- Mix a little and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal !
