Easy to prepare and delicious, also called Jackfish, is a very popular fish for the few bones it contains.
Price and deposit:
⚠️ The price of the fish will depend on its weight, and the current season. The day before the monthly arrival we will be at the SETE auction to participate in the biggest fish auction in the Mediterranean.
- Deposit: 200czk
- Average height: 30-100cm
- Average weight: 800g - 1400g
- Fixed price per kilo: 350, -kč
example : If on the day of delivery we bring you a 900g fish - So you pair (340kč x 0.9) - 200kč (pre-sale deposit) = 106, -kč balance to be paid on delivery. (cash or credit card)
⚠️ if your fish could not be bought at the auction, we will refund the deposit paid, or offer you another fish.
❄️ Fraicheur du poisson:
Notre concept est simple, vous amener des produits ultra frais en - de 24h chez vous. Comment nous faisons ? C'est simple... Nous quittons Prague le Mercredi dans la journée, et arrivons le jeudi matin prés de BEZIERS (34) Petit repos et vendredi matin chargement des produits frais pré-commandés (viandes...), 14h00 nous recuperons les huitres fraichement sorties des bassins á Marseillan, pour finir par la criée de SETE ou les encheres se déroulent de 16h00 á 18h00 (au retour des bateaux de peche) - Nous partirons donc le vendredi vers 18h00 pour une livraison garantie á PRAGUE le samedi entre 10h et 19h. Nous proposons ainsi LE POISSON SAUVAGE LE PLUS FRAIS DE PRAGUE (-24h) LIVRÉ CHEZ VOUS!
