The red squid also called The calamari is a very common cephalopod in the Mediterranean. Squid is generally fished from September to April, the best period being from November to the end of January.

⚠️ The price of fish will depend on its weight, and the current season. The day before the monthly arrival we will be at the SETE auction to participate in the biggest fish auction in the Mediterranean.

Our concept is simple, bringing you ultra fresh products within 24 hours at home. How do we do it? It's simple ... We leave Prague on Wednesday during the day, and arrive on Thursday morning near BEZIERS (34) Small rest and Friday morning loading of pre-ordered fresh products (meats ...), 2:00 pm we will collect them. oysters fresh out of the basins in Marseillan, to finish with the auction of SETE where the auctions take place from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (when the fishing boats return) - We will therefore leave on Friday around 6 p.m. for a guaranteed delivery to PRAGUE on Saturday between 10 a.m. and 12h.
