Preparation:
In toast or as a condiment. The black olive paste is lighter than a tapenade. It is the ideal accompaniment to roast dishes, sautéed veal, chicken, a delight on pasta and a marvel on potatoes!
As an aperitif: mozzarella millefeuille with basil to scotch friends.
