Comté is a cooked, pressed, raw milk cheese.
It is made in our workshops using Montbéliarde and Simmental cow's milk (the only ones authorized for the AOP Comté)
From manufacturing to ripening, each of our counties are checked regularly to ensure that they meet the quality standards of the AOP Comté.
It is a cheese rich in flavor and taste, without any additives or coloring.
You can enjoy it on a cheese platter and / or to brown your dishes.
