For more than 45 years we have had a passion for foie gras, we were the first in the Gers to file a canner file on the farm and to welcome customers to our shop on our farm.

From the beginning, respect for quality has been our credo because we voluntarily manage the complete production cycle: breeder of small geese and ducklings until the transformation of the product in the old fashioned way without any additives and preservatives.

We offer a set of preparations of geese and ducks, you will of course find whole and semi-cooked foie gras but also confits, cooked dishes (cassoulet with duck confit, goose stew, duck breast sauce forest, garbure, old-style pork knuckle) and our rillettes, terrines, duck sausages and dried duck breasts.

Today Miraine and Pierre-Marie take care of the cannery until marketing while Sébastien manages the farm where geese and ducks are bred and fed.

  • In 2014, we integrated the IGP Gers for all of our duck-based products (foie-gras, confit, duck breast) in order to confirm our commitment to the origin and quality of our Made In Gers products.

  • In 2017, we moved to our new cannery, which allows us to tackle the coming years with a manufacturing tool with all the latest standards.

In addition, we have integrated a permanent visit corridor so that you can come and see us cooked and discover our manufacturing secrets directly!
